Great job. Very recognizable for such a small puzzle. It was tricky, too (the last half). But there was always one pixel I often had to hunt to find that let me keep going.

Great title, too. I kept thinking, "I don't know what sport George Washington University won in 1989." Now it makes perfect sense.

I could tell who it was half way through. great likeness in such a small grid. Nice job.

What a fun puzzle! Sometimes pixel hunting can be a pain, but this was fun because of the way the image popped out. The challenge was just right. Great job.

requires some guessing, and this image could have been a lot better. it was recognizable from about 10% into it, and but i was disappointed by the lack of detail.

karl - it is completely solvable by only line logic, it is just really hard to find all of the cells needed to proceed.

Very nice. It's funny that he has such a recognizable silhouette. I wish there was more detail in the face, but I know (unlike Karl) how difficult it is to get the subtleties of facial features just right.

I like what you did there (with the title)!

I think the level of detail is just right. Your eye fills the missing bits much more accurately than they could be placed on a grid of this size.

11 years later - as a proud 1991 GWU alum, I can say that what GW won in 1989 was the record for most losses ever by a Mens D1 Basketball team. We went 1-27. Lost 13 games, won homecoming, and then lost the next 14.

Expansion of the season to 30+ games has thankfully given other schools the record.
