Puzzle Description:

Infant bodysuit. There are two flaps on the bottom, one in front and one in back. The bottom flap wraps under the groin to the front, where can be fastened by snaps. This one-piece garment prevents the shirt from riding up while allowing easy diaper access. They are commonly called "onesies" (wun-zees) in America, but Onesies is actually a trademarked brand name of Gerber.

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.

Lots of cool edge logic in this one. Great puzzle!

Very tricky, challenging, fun to solve. And cute!

Thanks for this entry! Loved it! Saw it even w/o the explanation!

Hints, anyone? I got stuck. I did all kinds of edge logic and got a few dots and a few black squares, but still got stuck.
#6: Katydid (kmeifert) on Sep 3, 2009 [HINT]
Try edge logic on the double fives in the top row, and on the nine in the bottom and go from there.
#7: Robyn Broyles (ginkgo100) on Sep 3, 2009 [HINT]
Adam, I tested it twice, and both times I needed to use edge logic with the 3 on the left too.
#8: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Sep 3, 2009 [HINT]
I did that already. I got 7 out of the 9 on the bottom row, 1 each in the 5's in R1, and a couple dots in C1. I am sure there is something I am missing, but I can't find it. Is your "edge logic" 3 steps deep or something?
#9: Gator (Gator) on Sep 4, 2009 [HINT]
I would focus on rows 1 and 2 and think about how one row affects the other. The "2 2 2" clues will take up so much space, and look at all of those nice clues bigger than 1 on the top of the columns.
#10: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Sep 4, 2009
I did that. I got 3 out the first 5, and 4 out of the second one. I got the 4 in R2, and the 2 right before that filled in. I have 1 black out the both the 1st and 2nd 2's in R2. Stuck again. I wish I could send a picture.
#11: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Sep 4, 2009 [HINT]
I did some "extended" edge logic and finally got it. I don't really know how.
#12: Gator (Gator) on Sep 4, 2009 [HINT]
After the 4 in C20 gets filled in, you can place another black in R18 with line logic. Do more line logic, then look at the 6 clue in R17. Use edge logic to see that R17C1 must be a dot. It finishes out with line logic from there.

that was tough! fun, challenging, and cute.
thanks for the hints...I needed them.

This one was hugely tricky. I think I solved it logically but, to be honest, I'm not sure.
#15: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Aug 30, 2010 [HINT]
I got unstuck after doing edge logic on the 5 in r18.

wow
what a great solve

Nice. Hardy than expected.

Do they make them in adult sizes?
#19: David Bouldin (dbouldin) on May 4, 2020
yes, yes they do

I enjoyed the edge logic, though I guessed the final image wrong: I thought it was an overhead view of a mouse or maybe a dog wearing shades.
