Puzzle Description:

"The Fat Lady Sing" It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings is a proverb, essentially meaning that one shouldn't assume the outcome of some activity (frequently a sports game) until it has actually finished. I made this puzzle because of a comment someone made awhile back ... You should never judge a person by their looks!

I always thought it was an opera saying. It's not over until the Diva has her aria. I solved this from the bottom up, and I thought it was going to be Elmer Fudd based on the legs. Before that, I fully expected to see an opera singer in Viking getup. :)

Totally awesome! I was very frustrated with the size of the puzzle making the solving so hard; and yet when I finished it was really worth the effort! Very, very good.

Like Kristen, I solved this from the bottom up and the sides in. Because of the size I took a couple breaks. When I came back from the last one I had the two white areas at the bottom and the "V" of red between them. I thought we were looking at the flip side of this image and what we used to call a "wedgie."

This could very well be a painting by Peter Paul Reubens and from which we get the designation "Reubenesque." A very nice and satisfying image to solve. A combination of line and color logic got it done for me and the only difficulty came from the size.

Great image and fun solve.
