Puzzle Description:

A red rose. The puzzle can be solved by logic alone, but requires "edge logic" in the early stages.

Nice job for a small flower! Thanks.

Beautiful! :-)

Some pretty tricky logic to get things started. I never quite guessed, but did have some 'trial' logic. But the result is lovely.

I admit I guessed. I started with the green and tried different stars until it worked. Very nice and I agree.

A terrific puzzle. Beautiful and challenging but completely solvable. Brilliantly done.

I've done enough rose puzzles that I was immediately able to identify it, even before filling in the first cell. The title and the general arrangement of the red and green were enough to give it away. Though in retrospect, I suppose it could have been any kind of flower.

Ummmm...I'm a little confused. I solved it...I went as far as I could with "ordinary logic" which was reasonably far..then used edge logic extensively for awhile...so I'm not sure what it means when people say they used "edge logic" from the beginning...I think I call what you call "edge logic" "systematic trial and error".

Wow, the toughest puzz I have done for a while, but oh so worth it, I loved the challenge and the final image, my favourite flower :)

I thought it was going to be harder than it was, but it flowed quite easily...thank you :)

I just redid this puzzle...and I realize I have learned a lot since the first time I solved it. I'm sure I'll resolve this again sometime. You really provide lots of enjoyment, aanet. Thank you again...and again...and again lol

Very nice image. I didn't have the "edge" problems that others had; it seemed to be a very nice, straightforward puzzle. And very pretty indeed!
