I like the image, but I don't understand the reference.

Yeah, I'm with Kristen's comment on this one. Is this your own code, or is it like 10-96 in radio speak?

This picture is similar to a computer icon.
And I invented only this ‘crazy’ usage, i.e. a graphical sign in health database, 10-96 in medical world.

I suspect there may be a bit of a language barrier influencing the description on this puzzle. An interesting image and interpretation of the theme.
