This picture is similar to a computer icon.
And I invented only this ‘crazy’ usage, i.e. a graphical sign in health database, 10-96 in medical world.

i wonder (if you did live on the moon) whether or not you would actually need a satellite dish that was as big as your house (like the one in this image)

I suspect there may be a bit of a language barrier influencing the description on this puzzle. An interesting image and interpretation of the theme.

I'm thinking she meant health care instead of health card.
