This is a really interesting one to me because (unless I miscalculated) you can't do edge logic on just one part (at 33% with the right filled in) and then use line logic the rest of the way. You need two. At least, trying things every which way with the observations above seems to bear this out.

I used edge logic on R20, R6 and C3 as I could. But neither left only line logic.

C3 seems like it should work, as the key thing to note after dotting R16-R20 is, you can't have both R10 and R12 as dots or the 3 in row 11 can't be placed.
