It is a good puzzle. What bothered me (besides the blood) was the title, because it led me to expect some warm fuzzy. Instead I got a harsh dose of reality. I would interpret the red to symbolize people's pain. Too many people suffer, either through poverty or war or abuse or mental illness, and too many of us fail to protect the vulnerable. Rather grusome and cynical. Is the thing on the bottom a car? It is a well done image, but I don't like it.
