very bizarre

I still have no idea what the title is about. I was afraid it was going to be naughty, but no worries.

Sorry,i don't know what it's about neither,i didn't read the whole story i just thought it would make a pleasing image for a puzzle.

So, are the elves really tiny or is the mouse a huge mutant? It is an interesting image, but now I'm waiting for Paul Harvey to deliver "the rest of the story."
