Puzzle Description:
Someone once explained to me that the Butterfly Effect was similar to dropping a pebble in a still pond. How one small thing can start a chain reaction (like a ripple echoing across a pond) that can ultimately effect something much further away. Wikipedia quote: "The butterfly effect is a metaphor that encapsulates the concept of sensitive dependence on initial conditions in chaos theory; namely, a small change at one place in a complex system can have large effects elsewhere."
