i am a little confused by the image#3: Aldege Cholette (Aldege) on Jan 23, 2011
it looks like a guy in a cowboy hat
is the long horizontal line in row 17 his eyes (like he is squinting) (with a long nose) or are the 2 vertical lines in columns 19/22 his eyes (with a smaller round nose)?
is he wearing a bandanna?
what is the red dot?
fun solve
Hey bugaboo, your confusion is warranted. It is Estlemans image of Amos Walker not mine. It's a split image a guy in a overcoat and smoking a cigarette on the left and on the right a cowboy with a mustache and wearing a bandanna. The red dot is the lit tip of the cigarette. There are no eyes so i assume the line under the hat is him or them frowning, hence the attitude.Hope this helps.#4: Robert Shields (skweedle) on Jan 23, 2011
Great graphic novel vibrancy using the blue background. Now that you've done Walker, I'd like to see you do Parker.#5: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Jan 24, 2011 [SPOILER]

Thanks Robert, did you mean the writer Robert B. Parker or a different Parker.#7: Robert Shields (skweedle) on Jan 24, 2011
No, I'm referring to Richard Stark (Donald E. Westlake)'s existential thief anti-hero, Parker. If you're into hard-boiled and haven't discovered Parker, I give you#8: Aldege Cholette (Aldege) on Jan 24, 2011 [HINT]

Thanks for the link, Adam. The line drawing is easy to see, but the image in the puzzle was a little confusing.#10: Aldege Cholette (Aldege) on Jan 26, 2011
Aldege, this puzzle was a lot of fun to solve, even if it was not recognizable. Nice job.
