thank you, susan - we're just now getting "snow" here i colorado springs and already i'm wishing for warmer weather. i put snow in quotes because we didn't even get an inch of the white stuff...

A very cool warm puzzle. One of my favorite squares. It's amazing how many people were able to come up with actual images where you can tell what it is.

#27: Judy Baumann (judybee) on Mar 30, 2011
very cute. but why do you call it a quilt square?
#28: Alicia Snyder (prinny) on Mar 30, 2011
Judy, it was for a Mootpoint Project.. Brian made a pbn quilt out of submitted quilt squares. This is one of the best squares :)
#29: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Mar 30, 2011
I agree Alicia. Linda's quilt square is one of my favorites. Judy, if you search the word quilt or select 5x5 puzzles you will probably find most of these little gems. Some were quilt type designs and many were little images. Then I put most of them together into a big quilt. It is #11468 called Our Community Quilt This ended up being a very challenging solve. I even put all eighty submitted quilt squares into an unedited BEAST of a puzzle.
