Puzzle Description:

lights before you put them up

Doesn't always work, though. Checked three strands of lights before she put them on an outside tree. When she was done, the middle strand did not work! The tree was lit on the bottom and the top but not the middle.

Ron you're absolutely right..I have 6 strands of 100 each. Worked fine before I put them on the tree, but after I was done the last strand was half out...bummer

Same thing happened to me. I'm NOT going to go through and check each one. I'm going to get a new strand of lights where if one goes out the rest stay lit. There should be a law that they all have to be wired that way.

I think this is one of my favorite Christmas tree puzzles.
