great image. However, I visited Ketchikan in Alaska, USA. Is there another one in B.C. or is that the name of the pole?#5: Joel Lynn (furface1) on Nov 20, 2010 [SPOILER]
dogmom, you're right, Ketchikan is actually in Alaska, but the culture that crafts these poles is also in B.C. There's a Totem Heritage Center in Ketchikan that I was thinking of when I made the puzzle. http://www.city.ketchikan.ak.us/departments/museums/totem.html#6: Jota (jota) on Nov 20, 2010

Have you thought about renaming your puzzle so that it qualifies as a puzzle about Canada? Editing the title won't affect those who have solved it already, like editing the puzzle would.
Teresa, thanks for the suggestion about the title. Done.#11: Sarah Andrews (sarah) on Nov 22, 2010
