Very nice! Quick and fun solve, and surely very appealing to kids. :o)

I thought it was the VHC. My 8th grade daughter and her friends were dressed as the VHC for the literary character parade at her school.

Fun for all us big kids too!
#10: Teresa K (fasstar) on Nov 23, 2010 [SPOILER]
Nice little puzzle, Tom. I would start off a child with an easier puzzle though, maybe a B&W, as the color logic is a little tricky for a beginner. This would be a good one to learn the color rules though.

Brian, what or who is the VHC?

A little kid's picture book called the Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. I won't give away the surprise ending but maybe someone could make a puzzle of it.
#12: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Nov 29, 2010 [SPOILER]
Puzzle #7832, just for you Brian!
#13: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Nov 30, 2010 [SPOILER]
Sallie did a much nicer version than I. Thanks for the suggestion Adam.
