Jan, that is the only place the line can be drawn *if the clues for each section were to be the same*. That is the definition I was using as per the previous paragraph in my post.

With this division, each section has clues of (0)|1|3|1,1|3|(0). If any of the 1s were moved to another section, the clue sets would not be the same.

Note that I am NOT stating that these clues cannot be in the other section, rather I'm only giving a proposed division to further the thesis.
