I use the sipper bottle, but I reuse the same one over and over. I have to go places where there might not be water available.

I've had two dehydration episodes that taught me this big time. The first and worst had me fall down (pass out) four times at night, and I woke up with an EMT on my chest, thinking I had a heart attack. My wife called 911, they took me in to the hospital for a day and a half of tests and about three bags of saline IV. I missed a performance of a play I was in! They had to cover for me that evening...

Teresa, working old puzzles and I came across this one. This message is great, six years later. I have edema and high blood pressure and have to drink at least 4 bottles a day and if I can get in more even better (Where's the bathroom?)

Current studies have stated that using the bottle over and over can become toxic.

Oh, I loved your puzzle it was fun to solve.
