Once I got as far as I could with line logic, I used some edge logic on the 9 in C12, which led me to fill in R10-C13.
In R38, one of the inside 3 will be filled in on C23 and/or C24, which means one of those extends upward 4, which helps put some dots in R35 and R36.
If you fill in R11-C32, that will mess up the 10 in C34, so it has to be a dot.
C20-R22 has to be a dot. (Helper didn't catch that one.)
Now, this is where I'm stuck.

Bugaboo or Paul, can you indicate the next move? If it really is solvable by logic alone, it deserves to be marked as such. But I don't see it.
