Once all of the blue/black and some of the red are solved, we are left with symmetrical red clues and mostly symmetrical blank areas. Let's try to tackle this one without symmetry though...

We need to look at the 9 clue in row 21, and we need to see how this will affect either row 14 or 15. Looking on the left side of the nose, all of the red column clues only have one clue per column except column 8. If the red 9 clue goes from R21C6 to R21C14, this will cause most of the left side of rows 14 and 15 to be dots making it impossible to fill in the 3 clues in rows 14 and 15. This means the 9 clue cannot go in R21C6 or R21C7.

Using the same logic on the right side, we can make R21C21 and R21C22 dots. More line logic.

Now we need to focus on how the 9 clue in row 21 will affect row 19. We have two 2 clues in row 19. One has to be on the left and one on the right. If the 9 clue goes all the way left, then row 19 cannot be filled in properly. So R21C8 is a dot. The rest can be solved with line logic.

Nice puzzle!

It was pretty easy until the end and there I used "smile" logic.
