Line/color logic will get you about halfway through and you will just have black left.

Looking at row 11, if you try to place the left 2 clue in columns 1 and 2, this will make row 13 impossible to fill in. So R11C1 is a dot. More line logic.

The same logic applies now on the right 2 clue in row 11 if placed in columns 19 and 20. This will make row 9 impossible to fill in. So R11C20 is a dot. The rest solves with line logic.

Tom - the color logic in the puzzle was great, and I liked how the same kind of logic played out on either side of row 11. Fantastic puzzle!

I used the hints and then guessed at a place to start - so I don't think trial and error is a logical solve. It is a pretty puzzle.

Another hint for the color logic...

You have to focus on where the colors other than black can go, and you have to pay special attention to how the black constrains where the colors can go.

Great puzzle, Tom. The image is pretty and the solve was challenging but not too difficult. I managed to use logic to solve it without having to look at hints. Yeah!
