Puzzle Description:

Poor little Voodoo-Doll

Great puzzle! I liked solving around the colored squares and watching the picture unfold. Though I must confess I thought it was going to be acupuncture.

i would be most concerned about the green one at the bottom
ouch

Think it is solvable without guessing...!?
#4: Jota (jota) on Jun 6, 2010
Kai I need a "hint" I'm stuck after all the colored ones, the head and the eyes.
#5: Kai-Uwe Zickerick (conzick) on Jun 6, 2010 [HINT]
Jota, with a little bit of advanced edge logic in R48 C30 must be a dot. this helps to place the two 11's in C28 and R30

Third try! Now it should be solvable without guessing. Sorry!

Okay, Folks. I'have solved this one again. I have to admit: it's hard. But it is solvable without guessing. a little edge logic and much of tricky line-logic. you have to search dot by dot for a while, but then it solves easily

Not sure if all of this is necessary or not, but this is how I did it.

I used edge logic with the 12 clue in column 30. Later in the puzzle I used edge logic again with the 4 clue in row 50. Further on, I used two-way logic with the 2 clue directly beneath the blue 2 clue in column 26 to know that the 3 clue in column 25 starts either at R26C25 or R28C25. This allows you to dot most of that column. The rest solves easily from there.

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.

I like the puzzle
#15: Minnie Fuerstnau (m.fuerstnau) on Jun 7, 2010 [HINT]
I ended up making sure that every colored block had a line of black centered on one side... Otherwise I couldn't seem to get anywhere. But I liked the puzzle a lot anyway! Thanks.

Thanks for the hints, Gator. I couldn't solve it without your help.

Very interesting, weird image, Kai. :-)
