Please let me know if someone comes up with something easier, but this is what I have to make this solvable...

After line logic, look at the 7 clue in column 10. If you place this at the bottom (starting from row 20 then up), looking at how this affects column 13, it will make it invalid. So R20C10 is a dot. The same logic will make R19C10 a dot. Normal line logic will finish out the puzzle.

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.

I am hoping that you were making a slide which is still very fun but it sure likes someone falling or being pushed down the stairs.

Gator: if I'm not mistaken, all it takes is edge logic on the 4 in row 20.

(and, if you're using <helper>, to extend the 2 in c14, which helper is too dumb to realize.)

Joe - Yes, now that you point it out, it is quite obvious. Thanks!

I got to a point where I had only two places to put the 2 in the far left (vert.) column. I tried one - which didn't work out - so went with the other.

I was able to peg R11C11 as a black square after filling stuff in with line logic. If it is a dot, then so is R11C10, and you get contradictions in row 17.

I think I've seen another puzzle with the (image spoiler redacted), but it was totally different and also fun and wonderful. I'm sure there's room for more.
