And I am both a cat and dog person. I had a boxer growing up. Right now we have a 20 year old female cat; her brother died less than a year ago. No dogs - where we are renting we're not allowed to have dogs.

I'm a dog person! My Golden Retriever is my baby. I, too, am allergic to cats, so I never really got to know any well enough to form an opinion about them.

I'm more of a cat person. Love dogs, but have never had one. Would like to get one, but am not going to do that to my 15 year-old kitty! Will have to wait. Nice pic btw.

Dog person, 2 maltipoos (maltese/poodle mix). One has more poodle (20 lbs) the other has more maltese (9 lbs). They have been described as toddlers that never grow up and it is soooo true. lol Husband is a cat person, 2 cats - white persian, and grey tiger stripe tabby.

Back it up there, Tommie. My cat is missing part of her rear leg. Since we found each other, I didn't know how she came to be "tri-pedal." The vet said sometimes when a momma cat is giving birth, she'll pull the babies out with her mouth/teeth. The vet said this is most likely how she lost her leg. Never heard of it!!
