It looks like a person climbing up the side of a mountain with their hands up in the air. At the top a volcano that is erupting.

Is it a shoulder angel? (looks like a small person on another person's shoulder whose head is top left)

A person getting support from another?

how can this puzzle be rated so high when people cant evben agree on what it is supposed to be

Thank you, Tom. I love this puzzle. Even if it were not dedicated to me, I would love this puzzle. It was great fun to solve, and the image is so cool, very mysterious, since it could represent many different ideas, as evidenced by everyone's guesses. I'm guessing you have been checking out my web site! :-)

I would have to say that Linda is the best storyteller here. I will claim my fame as a puzzle creator (not just pbn puzzles either), writer, and public speaker.

So, I really can't just come out and tell you. I think it would be more fun to see if someone can figure it out with more clues than just the image in this puzzle. The next clue I already gave you in this comment. :-D

Well, I only figured out the pbn half of the puzzle - no idea what this represents! Fun anyway!

I'm not entirely sure, but I think Tom had read the news article about me, and he illustrated the part where I said that I shook my fist at God, when I was at a very low point in my life. Then something really awesome happened that changed my life and my ability to carry out my purpose in life. Now I thank God every day, but still hope for another miracle. Is that it, Tom?
