I sure hope those numbers aren't the ages of everyone, or if they are, I hope they are all siblings. Because if not, and the two 30 y/o people are the biological parents of the 13 and 16 y/o kids, that would mean they became parents.... well, I don't need to go into any more detail!

They can be a family without being birth parents. Maybe the kids are adopted?

I see no problem, in my house, I'm 5 but very tall, that way our youngest gets to be older that someone. He thinks is very cool and I do too.
