Found to be logically solvable by Gator.

I needs a simple contradiction on rows 7 and 8 towards the end. Nice challenge.

I got to the point where I had R7C6 and R8C6 as black and R7C5, R8C5, R7C7, and R8C7 as blanks. I needed to satisfy a 2 clue on row 7, a 2 clue on row 8, a 1 clue on column 5 and a 2 clue on column 7. When I looked at column 7, I had R10C7 as a black. Given that I had only 2 2 clues left in column 7 and that R10C7 was already filled in, then if R7C7 was black, R8C7 would have to be black. Or if R8C7 was black, R7C7 would have to be black. Given that only either R7C5 or R8C5 could be black, then R7C7 or R8C7 has to black in order to satisfy the row clues in rows 7 and 8. With all of that together, you have to conclude that R7C7 and R8C7 are black.

I think I stopped at the same point Gator did, here:

At this point, I just did a fairly straight forward either-or test on the 2 in R7. Either R7C5 or R7C7 must be black. If R7C5 is black, then R8C5 is white and R8C7 is black. If R7C7 is black then R8C7 is black. Either way, R8C7 must be black. Fill that in and the rest line solves.

The either-or logic made this one fun to solve.
