Puzzle Description:

A windmill, once used to pump water from wells. Perhaps with the "green movement" these will become popular again on rural properties.

Nice. I thought you were going to somehow copy or put a twist on one of Teresa's newest puzzles about the water pump.

Very nice puzzle. Surely there are still windmill pumps in use?

Yes there are.

Adam, the title was influenced by Teresa's recent puzzle, but it's a very different type of pump, no?

Yes, I supposed these are still in use. =) They have been replaced in many places by electric pumps.

Neat. Tough puzzle for me. I got the bottom pretty quick but had to wipe out the top and start over.

I have a friend who is deadly afraid of windmills of all kinds.

No, her name isn't Don Quijote. :-)

If she is a female, is her name DONNA Quijote? :-)
#8: Petra Lassen (Stjarna) on Sep 7, 2009
No, but I know a song about Donna Juanita if that helps?!
#9: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Sep 7, 2009
Nah. I don't think anything can help now. :-)
