Puzzle Description:

The London Bridge in Lake Havasu, Arizona. That's a boat in the canal and a lamppost on the bridge. More in comments.

This bridge was built in London in 1825. After 100 years of heavy use, the bridge sank lower and lower. In 1967 was put up for sale so a new bridge could be built.

The London Bridge was purchased by American entrepreneur Robert P. McCulloch the chainsaw manufacturer). The bridge was taken apart and each piece was numbered, then it was reconstructed in a little town in western Arizona. The London Bridge was dedicated to the citizens of Lake Havasu City in 1971.

McCulloch hoped the bridge would attract employees and tourists. He was right. As a tourist attraction in Ariozna, it is second only to the Grand Canyon.
