Lol...I'm a little confused because I'm not sure what the "game" is...but it does look like a pogo stick with a hat...er, if that's what it's supposed to be!

Too funny! I'm glad you jumped at the chance to carry on the pun puzzles.

JoDeen, here's where it all began: Jota made a comment in response to some funny communication for puzzle #6396.

I created this in response to "What Jota Said"

Then that gave me an idea to do this one "Poet Props":

What is it?
#8: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Aug 14, 2009 [SPOILER]
It is a hat on a pogo stick. The pogo stick is diagonally oriented, with the top (handles) in the upper left portion, and the bottom in the lower right corner. The hat is on the upper right handle but you can't see the handle itself because it is covered.

it looked like an egg on a syringe to me and I couldn't figure it out...then I read.
I'll have to follow the puzzle trail to figure it all out.

Don't get it.

To explain further, "chapeau" is French for "hat". The pun, or play on words, is that it is a chapeau, pronounced shah-poh, on a pogo stick. So in this instance, it is a (cha)peau go stick.

Lovely image, by the way, Robyn. I got it right away. You well know by now that I love puns. I'm not bad at French, either. The two together is a bonus, and the picture is very artsy. I could see this on a poster on someone's wall in black and white with the Eiffel Tower in the background. The only color would be in the hat; it would be red. That scene, to me, is so French noir. ^-^
