nice puzzle; the removal of blank spaces would have prevented the tedious scrolling
#2: Jan Wolter (jan) on Oct 20, 2006
How to remove empty rows:
  1. Enter the board editor
  2. Use the UP and LEFT arrow to shift the image until it is in the top left corner.
  3. Count the number of rows and columns you want to keep. It's nice to keep it at a multiple of five.
  4. Save the puzzle.
  5. The next screen gives you the option to edit again, but lets you change the board size. Type in the smaller number of rows and columns.
  6. Back in the board editor, if things look right, SAVE again.
Sorry this is so clumsy. Someday I'll improve this.

Someday I'll add "add/delete row/column" buttons, and I won't have to explain it to people any more.

New smaller size is good. Lovely puzzle.

i am still trying to decide if its pinocchio with an antler hat or rudolph with a long nose that i see in the fireplace (or their bizarre offspring should they ever mate)
haha

Ditto 8 and 9. I saw a guitar as well (I thought she was knitting until the book/guitar neck got too thick).

Re #12: That's clearly a reflection of Clara dancing with the Nutcracker. Unless it's a fire. :)
