Puzzle Description:
Jackie Chan was born in 1954 in Victoria Peak, Hong Kong (then a British Overseas Territory), as Chan Kong Sang (meaning "born in [Hong] Kong") to Charles and Lee-Lee Chan, refugees from the Chinese Civil War. He was nicknamed Pao Pao (literally meaning "Cannonball") because he was always rolling around as an infant.

I was in the middle of this puzzle when my husband walked by and said, "That's Bruce Lee." My son has a t-shirt with a very similar (if not the same source) graphic of Bruce Lee. Sorry all. I've been away for a loooong time, the last 4 weeks on rehab for my rheumatism in Montenegro (former Yugoslavia) and the internet connection was lousy so I couldn't even play webpbn. Now I'm home for a few days but I'll be leaving for the US in less than 5 days.
