Really cute puzzle, derby. The top part was too difficult and I ended up guessing, but I love the final image.

EL C6 places blacks in R4-6.
R1C8 can't be black, or it causes a contradiction in R2.
C10: The 3 can't extend into R6 or it causes a contradiction in C11, so R9C10 is black.
C8: Whichever way the top 2 goes, it will complete C9-10 and use part of the remaining 2 in C11. These squares are marked white: R1 C9-11, R2 C9-10, R4C10, R6 C9-10, R11-12 C11.
IEL R11 marks C28-29 white.

C8: If the first 2 goes to R3, the black in R3C16 is the start of a 3, and R3 C17-18 are black. If the first 2 in C8 goes to R5 instead, R3C11 is white, and R3 C17-18 are still black. We can mark R3C19 white as well, since R3C18 is either the end of a 3 or the end of the 7. LL.

C8: Whichever way the top 2 goes, R4C12 is white.

LL to finish.
