Definitely needs guessing. The picture "logic" makes it fairly easy. The two "N"s are simple to guess. The hardest part to guess is the two hearts on the right where there is no overwhelmingly obvious choice.

If you must make a text puzzle, please at least make sure it has a unique solution.

Found to require some guessing by infrapinklizzard.

Smaller would have been more effective, I think.
