the two red pixels in r3c1-2 (or r3c29-30) both belong to 2-clues in c1-2 but they cant both extend up into r2 so at least one of them must extend down into r4 - this makes r4c2 (or r4c29) always red

use the same type of logic in r19c1-2, or r19c29-30, to make r19c2, or r19c29, red
ll to finish the lower half
no guessing
Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by gator.
