if and when you get stuck....you can indeed logically narrow down the realm in which a number clue must lie without the use of deep look-ahead or a guess. it'll solve after that.

ok...it's the 4 clue in the second to last row in which you really need to pay attention. (hope you can see what I'm talking about. I don't think it's deep look-ahead anyway...not even gonna attempt to explain it)

interested to see what bug, bouldin, infrapink, etc have to say. I'll re-tweak if one of em calls it deep

Great puzzle!

The Gummi Bear TV show theme song is now stuck in my head...

For me, figuring out where to put the first "4" in row 6 was the key. Once I figured it couldn't be in column 15, the rest came very cleanly.

This was a very very fun solve! And a cute picture as well.
