Barnum & Bailey's Circus, and your about to step into a fresh pile of steaming elephant dung.lol.:)

Kurt I hope you don't mind me joking around with your puzzles,I'm just trying to have a little fun. Truth is I don't know the answer to a lot of these, but rather than just guess something,I thought I would joke around with you. Hey where's that bro of yours?:)

No need to apologize for the colours, you certainly have answered the call for Tom's 20x B&W's.

lol

naw, I think it's damn funny! have at!

idk... he's like that though. he'll sudoku his butt off for 2 weeks, then hop to the next thing. then he'll do whatever that is for 3, then off to the next. poor dude's been without a job for the last 6 months(or more) and he gets bored. at least one of the things he's up to is fixing things around the house.... should have darts tonight, but we've got a bye this week. talked to him a few times last week....gave him some money. it's none too cool to borrow money from your gf in order to do something for her for Valentine's Day....and then her b-day was Sat, so I'm sure he's blown through what I gave him already. He was supposed to have a job interview today, so fingers crossed!

#4: bugaboo (bugaboo) on Feb 18, 2013
it almost looks like it could be old faithful
#5: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Feb 18, 2013
actually, it does kinda look like it....

hint: this isn't any famous landmark. but if you see it correctly, it would indeed put you in a location...

Cypress Gardens?
#7: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Feb 18, 2013 [SPOILER]
wow... good guess, JL! grand prize winner!

It is indeed a gnarly old cypress trunk coming out of water with spanish moss hanging down....Cypress Gardens def works. I think I was actually looking at a pic from there specifically when I made the puzzle. I'd have taken anything on a bayou though... The specific answer I was looking for was "Kristen's backyard" though... lol ;)

Not familiar with the Cypress Gardens, but enjoyed the puzzle. Color was nice for a change. Also enjoyed Al's vivid imagination gone wild.

in SC, Norma...do a search and take a peek. neat looking place!
#10: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Feb 18, 2013
thanks, btw :) just did another color one for ya
#11: bugaboo (bugaboo) on Feb 18, 2013
never heard of it
guess you had to be there
#12: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Feb 18, 2013 [SPOILER]
I figured "Louisiana" would/could be guessed from it...kudos to JL for the extra mile! (though I still like "K's backyard") lol
#13: Kristen Vognild (Kristen) on Feb 20, 2013 [SPOILER]
I was going to guess the Atchafalaya Basin. I got the cypress tree right off, but I've had gnarly vertigo recently, and haven't been able to puzzle as much. I'm taking steroids to relieve the inflammation (dang MS!), and hopefully I'll be up to snuff again soon.
#14: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Feb 20, 2013
bummer....hope you feel better. My old college roomie gets an injection every Fri evening from his doctor wife that gives him flu-like symptoms every Sat to keep his in check. I feel for ya...
#15: Kristen Vognild (Kristen) on Feb 20, 2013
Sounds like Avonex. My old neurologist recommended that one first, but there's no way I could lose every single weekend like that. My son was 11 mo old when I was first diagnosed.
#16: Tom King (sgusa) on Feb 20, 2013
Hope you feel better Kristen. I had Louisiana Bayou or the Everglades (Cypress trees there, too).
#17: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Feb 20, 2013
We all hope you feel better soon.
#18: JoDeen Mozena (ozymoe) on Feb 21, 2013
Will someone please pass this site along to Kristen? I use this machine for pain. www.neurolumen.com It also works on my mom's scoliosis.

...OH! And thanks for the puzz Kurt!

#19: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Feb 21, 2013
I'm sure she'll see your comment, but I sent it on fb anyway... oh! and yw
#20: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Feb 21, 2013
Thanks for the thought, JoDeen. I'm not in pain, though. Right now I have mild vertigo and partial numbness, but both are improving as I take my steroids.
#21: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Feb 21, 2013
hummmmm....I get mild vertigo and partial numbness sometimes. usually it goes away after I stop drinking and take a nap though. ;)

glad you're getting better!
