Cool puzzle. Initially I was gonna guess that temple in Nepal, but the face is too wide...

Except for the dot in the forehead, I was sure it was in Mexico, so I guessed India. I didn't recognize Buddha, but now that I know, I can see it clearly. Great puzzle, and thanks for the abundance of 20x20 B&W.
