Puzzle Description:

On May 10th,2012 another true legend left us. Carroll Shelby passed away at the age of 89.He left a legacy of great automobiles that included the Shelby Cobra,Shelby Mustangs,Shelby Omni GLH (go like hell),Dodge Viper,and many more. He will be sadly missed.

Wow. I don't care for cars much, but am aware of who Carroll Shelby was. I recognized that I was solving a face quickly enough, but it wasn't until I read the description that I "saw" all the great cars in the background. Is that a Dodge taillights to the right of his cowboy hat?

Nice puzzle and great attention to the background.

after initial line/color logic, the following two steps can be done in either order:

1) smile logic on his chin
2) whether the black 2 clue from r25 extends into c22 or c24 (c23 is already black), r23c22 is always a dot
ll to finish
no guessing

Thanks Craig,actually i meant it to be the front grill of a Mustang but without making the puzzle bigger i could not get the detail to distinguish it. Now that you've mentioned that,it does look like the taillights on a new Dodge Charger.:)
