after initial line/color logic (there are probably several ways of solving the rest, but this is what i did):

the 7 clues in c3-4 cant both go all the way up to r1 so at least one of them extends down into r13 (this will be part of the 4 clue from r13)

in addition, the 7 clues from c12-13 cant both go all the way up into r1 so at least one of them extends down into r13 also (this will be part of the 5 clue from r13)

since we now know the location of at least 1 of the pixels of the 4 clue from r13 AND 1 of the pixels of the 5 clue in r13, we can dot r13 from c18 to c20 because the farthest to the right that the 5 clue in r13 can go is into c17 (you only actually need to do c20 for this to solve out)
ll to finish
no guessing (a fun, interesting solve)

Alicia, I think this is one of my favorite golf puzzles. Now all you need is a clever title. :-)
