the two blue pixels in c17r1-2 are both part of "2" clues in those two rows but they cant both go to the left into c16 so at least one of them (or both) must go into c18 so r2c18 is blue

Kirsten, as a beginner, it's usually a good idea to only create puzzles that definitely require no guessing (the checker will tell you). Rain drops are very hard to make solvable.
