#1: Jan Wolter (jan) on Mar 26, 2005
There is a unique solution to the red part of the puzzle, but there are multiple ways that the blue and green parts can be solved. You can guess the solution based on symmetry, but since the solution is not unique, that isn't really a logical procedure. I'm inclined to unpublish this one,#2: Jan Wolter (jan) on Mar 29, 2005
Hmmm. It's been republished, but not fixed. It really needs some changes made to give it a more unique solution.#3: Jan Wolter (jan) on Jun 4, 2005
Well, it's been changed, but it still has 256 different solutions. It's easy enough to guess the right one, at least.#4: Mark Conger (aruba) on Jun 5, 2005
Yeah, I didn't have any trouble guessing the right solution.#5: Eloy (priamo) on Dec 2, 2007
Yes there are only one solution for red ang green parts, but many for others colours. But I think that solution "logical" is only one.#6: W Marik (wmarik) on Dec 12, 2007
I could spend all day guessing on this one. What is logical to one person is not necessarily logical for another.#7: Miranda Loeber (lucentvictrola) on May 20, 2009
I guessed a bunch of different combinations and still didn't get it.#8: Tonia Bergh (tonia) on Oct 18, 2009
I got it right on the first try, but as Jan said, it was through guessing the expected symmetry. What I really like, though, is the description, which added an "Aha" twist to the solution! It's actually pretty clever!#9: Dianne Hamilton (dlh46) on Feb 4, 2011
Having completed the puzzle and read comments, still don't understand the title. What is Egyptian about it?#10: LoloJean (LoloJean) on Apr 16, 2011 [SPOILER]
