Puzzle Description:

The disco ball,or Tom's shiner that he is wearing at the end of the prom. Tom stands next to the disco ball,with his finger pointing up,indicating a valuable lesson learned. Don't put your arms around a couple of cuties that came to the prom with dates.

All color logic for me, as Tom's eye.

i solved all the red blue and green with line/color logic but
i dont see how the black can be solved with pure line/color logic (it is easily solved with el on the first black 2 clue in r14 to dot c3-4 with ll to finish)
regardless, no guessing

Sorta looks like he stuck that finger into the socket of the light that was shining on the disco ball, and it made his hair stand up and turn blue! Tough night! (and solve...)
