the black in r10c8 is part of a 2 in that column and no matter whether it goes up into r9 or down into r11 there will be a dot in that row of c6 (therefore the 4 clue in c6 cant be in r11-12 so you can dot those 2 squares)

the 2 black pixels in c4r12-3 are both part of 2 clues in their rows but they both cant go into c3 so you can make r13c5 black

i like to solve the puzzles that are initially marked as "guessing required" to see if i can disprove that (often i can and sometimes i cant)
