after initial ll:
el 4 clue r7 (ll)

the 2 black pixels in r12c4-5 are both part of clues > 1 in each of those columns but they can both be in r11 (or r13) so at least one of them must be in r11c4 or r11c5 AND at least one must be in r13c4 or r13c5 so you can dot the rest of r11 (but not the rest of r13 yet)

do more line logic to get a black in r13c14

THEN you can dot the rest of r13 via the same logic as mentioned a couple of paragraphs above

no guessing

I am over whelmed and speechless, thank you so much!

I have kept my eyes averted so I do not know the answer to this puzzle as of yet...but I must say, as far as I have gotten...the figure on the right looks like the Hamburgler!

Solved it the same way bugaboo did. Lots and lots of fiddly line logic before two instances of moderate look-ahead two-way logic.
