after line logic:

edge logic on the 3 clue in c6 to dot r16
edge logic on the 3 clue in c7 to make r7 black
edge logic on the 2 clue in r7 to dot c8-10
edge logic on the 4 clue in r26 to dot c21-23
edge logic on the 3 clue in r24 to dot c23
you have three red 1 clues left in c12-14 to place in r19, 21, 23 in some order but no matter where the red 1 from r21 goes the black 2 clue preceding it must go in either c8-9 or 9-10 so r21c9 is black
no matter which way the 3 clue in r17 goes r16c7 is a dot

gotta go for now but will check on this later

I had to trial and error the eyes and the 4 in row 26 after that it all fell into place. great challenge and image at last.

I had to save and solve a few times, but it solved nicely with edge logic after guessing that the green was completely surrounded by black.

I'll wait for hints.

You can use my hint, surrounding the green with black. :)

Initial line & color logic gets to 68%. Green is finished, and only 3 squares of red still remain.

C6: If the black in R18 is extended up to R16, it makes C7 invalid, so R19C6 is black. L&CL.

Some tricky color logic here I'd like to call out: the 2nd black 2 in R21 will need to fit into C8-10, because to put it in C12-13 would require 2 reds below it, and only 1 red is available in the rows below. Therefore R21C9 is black. R20C12 and R22C12 can also now be marked white via color logic.

R26: EL places blacks in C17-18. L&CL.

R6: Whether the remaining 2 is in C7-8 or C18-19, the 2 in R7 is in C7-8. L&CL.

R9: EL marks C8-10 white.
R24: EL marks C23 white.
R17: No matter how you complete the 3, R16C7 is white.

R16: If C8-10 are white, the 3 in R17 will need to be in C6-8, and the 6 in C8 will need to be in R17-22. This makes C9 invalid, so R16 C8-10 must be black. L&CL.

C12: EL marks R9-11 white. L&CL.
C13: EL marks R9-11 white. L&CL.
C14: The 4 cannot extend to R9 or it makes C15 invalid. R13C14 is black. L&CL.

C13: EL marks R19-20 black.

Line & color logic to finish.
