i think the blue-green stuff in the background is the water and there are 5 canoes closer: 2 are mostly seen in the middle (one red and one black) and 3 more in the front row (1 red one and 2 black ones - possibly another black one in the bottom left corner, unless the black diagonal area that is essentially outlining the red canoe on the left is just the stand holding that red canoe up)#3: Alison Deem (Indigo) on Mar 4, 2012
It's supposed to be three canoes....2 black, 1 red. Their bows(?) are closest (pulled up on an unseen bank) while their back ends are floating out in the water. Hope this helps...:)#4: benjamin port (oneeyedplatypus) on Mar 5, 2012

Nice image! I like the perspective - standing on the shore looking into the water. I'll admit it took me a minute to see it, but I like that! I thought it was mountains with green clouds as I was working it! Ha!
