Well, since i've never seen a 1953 Pontiac, I'm one of those who really liked to solve it :) Thanks.#2: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Feb 24, 2012

The solve progressed superbly...nice image, needed the explanation but had no doubt the explanation would be worth the wait.#9: Tom King (sgusa) on Feb 24, 2012
You asked what makes a great puzzle? I don't know. For me: B&W 20x I certainly solve every time they are presented. LLS defined as such immediately (in the title). Sometimes a puzzle within a puzzle. I am not artistic, and though I like artistic puzzles, difficulty is more important to me.#10: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Feb 24, 2012 [SPOILER]

Thx Tom,problem is that what is difficult for one is child's play for another. I see a lot of puzzles that are rated a 2 or 2.5 for difficulty and the comments are saying what a great solve or challenging solve they were, yet that's still below average for difficulty, yet a lot of people will get scared away if it's rated 3 or higher. I just hope people will at least peek if they're intimidated or disinterested in a puzzle. I can't tell you how many times i've been pleasantly surprised by the images or cleverness of peoples puzzles, not to mention the great comments which can be fun.:)#12: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Feb 25, 2012
If I see an overly large puzzle, I'll check the rating and the number of comments. Anything close to 1,1 won't be worth my time, but a puzzle with 14 comments is sure to be interesting!#13: Claudia (clau_bolson) on Feb 25, 2012 [HINT]

there is ALWAYS a dot or black pixel to be found without having to use anything but line logic#15: Kristen (cachedans) on Feb 25, 2012
keep looking
that was a lot of fun to solve!#16: Tom King (sgusa) on Feb 25, 2012
Aldege, I always try line logic, and if it is defined LLS in the title, I won't succumb to attempting other logic. I thought this was LLS, so didn't attempt anything else. My advice would be to put LLS in the title. I think this is a great puzzle. Now I am preaching to the choir. Don't worry about difficulty rankings. I gave it a 3.#17: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Feb 25, 2012
thx Kristen,i'm glad you liked it.:)#18: Tom King (sgusa) on Feb 25, 2012
Tom for me to know it's LLS i would have to try solving it,wouldn't i? I just keep editng until it says it's solvable by logic alone. Thx for saying it's a great puzzle, glad you enjoyed it.:)
I solve all of mine to prove them. I didn't know you only did LLS puzzles.#19: Gator (gator) on Jul 13, 2012
I really enjoyed this puzzle which I happened to find by searching for "puzzles I have not saved a solution for", "20x20", "2 colors", sorted by highest difficulty. So, yeah, I really like these kinds of puzzles.#20: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 7, 2012
Thx Gator.:)#21: Bill Eisenmann (Bullet) on Aug 12, 2022
Since it's been 10 years since the last comment, I had to speak up. Yes, I have a a hard time distinguishing the image for what it's supposed to be, but that's not unusual for me with Aldege's puzzles. I also very much enjoy solving them!#22: JoDeen Mozena (ozymoe) on Nov 18, 2022
