then an EXCELLENT opportunity for summing on the red
then smile logic on the blue at the bottom
then elimination/affirmation logic on the green on the right side
no guessing
You are the master of fun color logic. :)#3: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Feb 6, 2012
Tricky bits on the red and green.#4: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Feb 8, 2012 [HINT]
I did this in color order KRGB. The black was trivial.#5: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Feb 8, 2012
The red is an alternating smile as signaled by the red 1s in the down clues. Since r15 has 5 red clues and r16 only has 4, the leftmost and rightmost red column clues must correspond to r15 clues.
The green was also doable with a combination of color and smile logic. On the right side, the smile logic is extended. (It "goes through" the two pixel green spot in c13r9-10.)
Then line logic for most of the blue with smile logic to finish.
Nice solve.
Found to be logically solvable by gator.#6: Gator (gator) on Feb 8, 2012 [HINT]
I solve it how Joe did (I spotted the alternating smile logic right away). Great solve!#7: Teresa K (fasstar) on Feb 12, 2012
