Ha! I knew it as soon as I got the hat and the hair. (It's Kadiddlehopper, not Kiddlehopper.) You got the finger in the mouth just right. I guess you have to be a certain age to remember...

after line/color logic:
look at the 6/7 clues in rows 30/31 that are partially filled in (5 pixels of each clue are filled in already); they cant both extend to the left into c18 so at least one of them must extend to the right into c24 so you can put a black in r30c24 (more line logic)
r35 and r36 each have a 1 clue remaining, in c15-16
they cant both go into c15 so you can dot r30c16 (and dot r30c15)
next look at the 2 clue in r32; if it goes in c16-17 then 2 moves later you force another 1 clue into r32 so you can dot r32c16-17 and also put a black clue into r32c13 (another way to look at the same area is no matter where you place the 3 clue in c16, r32c13 is always black
more line logic
