after line/color logic:
edge logic on the 4 clue in r16 to dot c15r16 (then line logic to solve the entire right eye area)

look at the remaining clues in c26-27 (both are 1s, 3s); the only place the 3s could overlap (if they overlap at all) is in r18; in fact one of the 3 clues from c26/27 MUST be in r18 so you can dot r18c29; for this same reason, both of the 3 clues cant extend into r19 so one of them MUST be in r17 so you can dot r17c25 and r17c29, but also because one of those 3 clues must extend into r19 so you can dot r19c25,28-29 (more line logic); furthermore, one of those same 3 clues from c26/27 must also extend into r16 so you can dot r16c31 and make r16c27 black (more line logic)
one of those same 3 clues from c26/27 must extend into r20 so you can dot r20c28-29
edge logic on the 2 clue in c25 to dot r13c25 and it solves out with line logic
