This is a very personal and nostalgic song for me. Even though I hadn't heard it in nearly 20 years, I still remember each and every Bwey-O. This was one of the songs featured on a mixed tape (later a CD) that my parents would include on long trips.

the only thing that bothers me somewhat is the abrupt edge on the right side of the face in columns 5-6

I had to make a LOT of changes to make it solvable, and I stopped referring to the model after the 3rd revision or so. :P

Excellent image. My eyes hurt from concentrating on the tiny pixels (idea for a puzzle). At first, I thought a lion as it was developing, then Zeus when it was finished. I remember the album. Thanks, Kristen.

Interesting image and great solve. Although I did have to look at the link before I could recognize the face. Now I can see it clearly.

Very good face puzzle, one of the best I have seen!
After checking the album cover, I'm a little disapointed the image leaves out the top part... the puzzle could have been the full 40x40.
